SUBJECT: Proposed Revision of HR Automatic Data Processing
Management (Job #8345) DRAFT E
REFERENCE: Our memorandum dated 22 May 1980
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
STATINTL 1. Attached is the final draft of HR _ proposed by the Director
of Data Processing. Draft D of this proposal was sent for information
in May 1980. The attached draft incorporates changes as a result of
the information process; changes are enclosed in brackets and include:
a. Addition of the reference to 40 U.S.C. 759 in paragraph

b. Addition of the reference to (5 U.S.C. 552a) in paragraph
d(2)(a).
c. Increasing the annual cost for procurement of ADP system
design, programming, or other services to $50,000 or more in para-
graph d(2)(f)(3).
d. Editorial changes for clarity in paragraph d(5)(b).
e. Addition of paragraph d(2)(5)(i) to include into the
regulation the responsibility for the assignment of user identification
and passwords.
2. Priority handling of this regulation is requested. We plan
to send the proposal to the Deputy Director for Administration on
11 September 1980 for approval. Questions may be directed to
