disposable plastic inhalor.
Recommended for local treatment of infec-
tions of the respiratory tract.

Des ption: A white powder containing the equivalent of
1 Cam. free base of streptomycin sulfate and
dihydrostreptomycin sulfate in equal. parts.
Indications: it is indicated in the treatment of pulmonary,
meningeal, miliary, genitourinary, skeletal,
serosal tuberculosis and tuberculous adenitis.
It can be used where protracted treatment is
necessary as toxicity is greatly reduced.
Administration: As in the case of Streptomycin or Dihydro-
streptomy'cin, it is best used in conjunction
with another anti-TB drug such as PAS or
Isoniazid.
Form Supplied: Vials containing the equivalent of 1 gm. free

Indications: The combination of these two drugs
extends and strengthens the antibacterial
spectrum of each.
Administrations: Best resilts are obtained by administering
2 capsules a day -- or approximately 50 mmg.
per kilo of body weight. In case of a fever
the second or third day, use 1 capsule every
four to six hours for 6 to 8 days.
Form Supplied: Bottles of 12,

Indications: Same as the capsules but can be used
where the patient cannot respond to oral
treatment because of nausea or vomiting
due to some gastro-intestinal infections or
pertusis,
Administration: In case of whooping cough in children of six months-
Use 1 suppository in divided doses for four days,

Description: This contains:
Streptomycin Sulfate 0.080 Or.
Sulfathiazole 0.300 Or.
Sulfadiazine 0.125 Or.
Sulfamerazine 0.125 Gr.
Bacterial antigens (Enteric) 10 million
Indications: Enteric bacterial infections, both acute
and chronic. Also pre- and post-,operatively,
particularly in abdominal surgery.
Administration: Initially 4 tablets and then continue with
2 tablets every 4 hours. In case of pro-
nounced diarrhea the cream is recommended.
Children 4 teaspoonfuls initially; continue
with 2 teaspoonfuls every four hours.
Form Supplied: Cream w- Bottles of 100 cc.
