Mr. Quattlebaum, of the staff of the House Com-
mittee on Education & Labor, is compiling a third and
final volume for the Committee to give a comprehensive
picture as to the different ways in which the educational
training programs of the Federal agencies are adminis-
tered. AN=iqxxxkDcm= He would like the following
information regarding our training program:

Number and types of persons affected (Federal
employees, veterans, indians, ethnic groups,
etc.
He does not want any confidential information. I told
him I thought we would require a letter, however I
would check and call him back. .
Blc called Mr. Quattlebaum and requested a
letter and informed him that we would give him an
answer as soon as possible as he is in a hurry for
the information.
