2. Between 17 and 22 April 1953, the Nachrichten Schule in Koenigsbrueck was occupied
by about 2,300 troops who wore red-bordered black epaulets with tank, artillery,
motor transport or signal insignias Twenty-one radio trucks and 15 prime movers were
seen in the billeting area. Soldiers engaged in firing practice and laying of mines.

on 16 April 1953s 14 x 132-mm rocket launchers, 8 artillery pieces,, about 20 AT guns?
about 30 x 82-mm mortars and 120-mm mortars, a large number of trucks and troops.3
A train with 32 field kitchens and the locomotive headed toward Schwepnitz stood at
the Koenigsbrueck railroad station on 15 April. A train. of, 16 boxcars with
ammunition and 12 boxcars with troops wearing red-bordered black epaulets was
unloaded at this station on 16 April.4
