Analysis of the DRV's Four.Points.
Per our 3 May conversation at the Bundy
Committee meeting, attached is a memo-
randum on "The Five- Point Program of the
National Liberation Front, The Four-Point
Proposal of Pham Van tong and Their
Relationship to the Geneva Accords. "
Although this memorandum was written in
January 1966, 1 believe the analysis is still
both accurate and relevant and thus believe
you may find this memorandum helpful in
your present exercise.
