Dear Mr. Howie:
Enclosed herewith are all of those documents found
responsive to your request of 22 February 1976 and found
releasable under the provisions of the Freedom of Informa-
tion Act as amended. You will note that these all relate
to the first of your three-part request, naiely, to "CIA
and the Now York City Police Department, including officials
thereof, 1954-1972." To the best of our knowledge and
searching, there has been no CIA relationship with either
the New Jersey State Police or the Trenton Police Department.
