It has come to my attention that the CIA has a
policy against hiring former Peace Corps volunteers.
I would be grateful to you for a statement giving
the reasons for this policy at your earliest opportunity.
Of particular concern is whether a Peace Corps
volunteer is considered an employee within the meaning
of the policy provision.
