SUBJECT . Concurrence in Amendment No. 10 t, Contract No. HF-2410

1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
approval of the Special Assistant to the Director for Planning
and Development. Such recommendation is set forth in Paragraph 5.
2. Contract No. HF-2410 and Amendments Nos. 1 through 9
thereto, provide for the purchase of photographic film, paper,
chemicals and related photographic suppli d, for
the testing and operational phases of the 1 7
3. Amendment No. 10 has been drawn in accordance with
PART II, ORDERS FOR SUPPLIES, of the contract schedule to revise
the item and prices of certain supplies effective as of 1 July
1958.
4. No additional funds are obligated under Contract No. HF-2410
by Amendment No. 10.
5. Approval of Amendment No. 10 to Contract No. HF 2410 and
execution thereof on behalf of the Agency by the authorized
Contracting Officer is recommended.
