a. Route (INS plot vs planned): Satisfactory - within 1-2 miles
of planned route throughout.
(1) INS Terminal Error: 4. 5 NM

b. Mission Generation & Operational Support: Satisfactory
c. Other Comments:
(1) Top off air refueling re-positioned 95 NM north of
established position due weather. Refueling was completed
at designated end A/R point.
(2) DTF recommends 10, 000# minimum fuel reserve
at this time for future missions.
4. Weather: Weather in top off refueling area deteriorated to
unsatisfactory status.
a. Forecast vs Actual: Slightly worse than briefed.
b. Weather Scout Reporting: Satisfactory.

28 of 48 North Vietnam COMOR targets covered.
(2) 80 SAM sites identified, 20 of which not covered on
BX6709 (5 sites were occupied, 2 identified as new).
(3) 7 of 9 priority SSM targets in North Vietnam covered.

(1) Resolution: One to one and one-half feet at NADIR. Some
degradation due to haze.
(2) Camera Operation: Satisfactory, minor data chamber
25X1 D malfunction which did not present any significant problem.
d. Significant Findings:
(1) Two SAM sites (#25 & #56) shown as unoccupied on
Mission BX6709 (19 July 67) shown to be occupied on this
mission (20 July 67).
(2) Analysis of Haiphong hampered by haze/obliquity.
