Q Would you please differentiate between a
communique and a press communique?
MR. POWELL: I frankly am not that familiar with
terms of art and don't really know what the difference is.
I was told some research was underway.
MR. POWELL: Who said that?
Q I think Rex.
Q Old blabbermouth. (Laughter)
MR. POWELL: I don't know where one goes to
research such matters.
Q Did the President contact Deng at all before
he departed either last night or this morning?
MR. POWELL: I.don't believe he spoke with him.
