SUBJECT: Discontinuance of Use of Form 911 (No Printed Title),
Agreement on Conditions of Employment with Central
Intelligence Agency
RESCISSION: OPM 20-800-7 (22-56), dated:20 April 1956, Use of
Revised Employment and Travel Agreements for Staff
Personnel
1. Try nse of Form 911 during entrance-on-duty processing
will be discontinued immediately.
2. The Chief, Records and Services Division, will ensure
that Form 911A, Travel Agreement for Staff Employees Outside the
United States, is signed by such personnel when they are pro-
ceeding abroad under permanent change of station (PCS) orders.
3. The Chief, Contract Personnel.Uivision, will ensure
that appropriate provisions of Form 911A are contained in the
Letter of Appointment for staff agents who enter on duty with the
Agency.
