1. For a PRM-ll working group session toh uscheduled.
early next week, I need a good discussion or issue paper,
one or two pages in length, on dot the Department of
Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff regard:
a. The "national-tactical relationship" as
if affects current tasking and progaaraming; and
b. the transition.of national intelligence
entities from peace to war conditions.
2. This paper need not be an official input but should
be a fair stab at summarizing DOD views and concerns.
Also mention how you see UMIC and CCF playing.
3. Unfortunately I need this by COB 18 March. Thanks
