No less than 300 new motor vehicles and tractors, including 50 to 70
motor vehicles for the air force equipment depot at Strausberg alone
arrived during this period, . The ammunition 25X1
supply which was rather small included carloads for the filling of
the new troop depot at Bad Saarow. The fact that this installation,
although a division depot only, received 300 to 350 tons of ammunition
again confirms that small organizational ammunition depots are al o
well-stocked up. he 25X1A
supply of tank spare parts an- oo rations wa alb...
While the low tank spare part supply may be made up by increased deli,ve
from Soviet-Zone production, the small ration supply shipments cannot k
accounted for. It had rather been expected that because of the dim n' ;sr. d
stocks of the Frankfurt/Oder main depot supply shipments would arrive,
at an increased rate and above average. . It 25X1
cannot be said to what extent the depot will be refilled with Soviet-
deliveries. The supply of motor vehicle spare parts increased,
especially with regard to iron and steel raw material. The volure of
other supply" goods was low and indicated no special operations.
