The Director asked Godfrey to prepare a paper on Za.zazibar,
including a discussion of what the Chinese, Soviets, and Ea:~t Germans
are up to on tha island.
Action Taken - 21 November
OCI is preparing a memo on the situation in Zanzibar.
It is scheduled for completion about 27 November.
