1. In response to your referenced requirement, five specific SRF
command and control radio communications transmitter facilities were
reviewed on all available photographic coverage to determine the initial
observation date of horizontal dipole antennas oriented towards Moscow.
These five radio communications facilities are: Smorgon IRBM Regiment
Headquarters Radio Communications Transmitter Station 25X1A
Slonim MRBM Regiment Headquarters Radio Communications Transmitter
Station Rakvere MRBM Regiment Headquarters Radio
Communications Transmitter Station Zhitomir MRBM Regiment

and Maykop MRBM Regiment Headquarters Radio Communications Transmitter
2. None of the horizontal dipole antennas at these facilities could
be negated or identified under construction on available photographic
coverage. However, the antennas were present and presumably operational
