For the purpose of this report the areas are combined because of their location and their similarity to each other and the units of the Shih-Shan-Chan Military Complex (41 15N-121 30E). The Bombing Encyclopedia installations included within the reported areas are: Hsing-Cheng Army Barracks SW 40 33N- 120 36E) Probable Infantry Regiment C; Hsin -Cheng Barracks an Head- quarters120th Infantry Division 40 39N-120 43E) Figure 3; Hsing-Cheng Army Barracks Lien-Shan SW 40 42N-120 47E Probable Infantry Regiment B; and Chin-Hsi Army Barracks NE 40 46N-120 52E) Probable Infantry Regiment A. Comparisons will be made throughout the report to the similarities between this area and the complex at Shih-Shan-Chan. All measurements have been made by the CIA/IAD project analyst. 25X1 25X1 Approved For Release 2T MFARE14 25X1 25X1 I SING-CHENG MILITARY COMPLEX 25X1 01 rA t Lien-sham w- iitl~7 Prob Inf Regt A ~ ~ n4 a auppon uenicnw _ 25X1 CIA' IMAGERY,-ANALYSIS DIVISION HSING-CHENG MILITARY COMPLEX HEADQUARTERS & SUPPORT ELEMENTS FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS FIGURE 3 Probable Headquarters Unit 1 E-shaped. administration building 1 T-shaped auditorium/gymnasium 12 Barracks 3 Probable messhalls 18 Support buildings Generally similar to the probable headquarters unit at Shih-Shan-Chan.
