Planning has been initiated to conduct a series of Industrial Security Seminars, beginning in January 1982 and continuing at reasonably spaced intervals to accommodate approx- imately 150 contractor security representatives in groups of 30 to 35 at each session. The following is a preliminary sem- inar agenda which we propose to circulate for comment as the critical first step to be accomplished. 2.
