This memorandum, for record purpose only, reports the completion
of a request by ORR/CSS, for information concerning the
supply route from BIEN DIEN PHU to northeast LAOS.
The latest available photography of this area (IGN photography
dated was studied and the results verbally reported to
requester. The road west from Bien Dien Phu appears to be narrow,
winding, single-lane, dirt road. No evidence of
activity at the time of the photography.
