Transfer of Accountable Records
3. During the 1962 Fiscal Year, Agency accountable records
were maintained by this office for the property in use account
2805. At that time the Materiel Division was under the DPD
p1)/P and consisted of two Elements - Air Section and Supply
Section. An of 1 July 1962 and beginning of PY-63 , Air Section,
Materiel Division DPD-DD/R was moved to another area of the
building, and the Supply Section became Materiel Division of
OSA! DD/R.
2. In order to maintain accurate accountable records,
by both Elements, the attached account 2805 documents
pertaining to supply matters ofI DD/lP were removed from 25X1
the MD/OSA-DD/R accountable files and turned over to ~DD/g. 25X1
3. All accountable property has been properly documented
and transferred through stock to account 2806 and all transactions
are closed.
