"Tliis report is one in a series on Soviet Ground Force and Logistic
install'itions being prepared for a I)l,\Panel. The series is being
coordinated, published and disseminate by \111C. The photographic
analysia is being performed by the 11'IC: Photographic Analysis Group,
the C:I.~ Photographic Intelligence I)iviFion (NPIC.), and the Production
C:enter 11'lc (I)I:\). The photographic Analysis for this particular re-
port v%,.is performed by the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division.
In the interest ofj uniformity, the titles and letter designators for
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those
appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.

The installation i_s served by a branch of the
Acaryz-lzhevsk rail line. An aU-\%eather road
provides access to the Agryz-lz~ieVSk highway.
1-he installation (1 figures 2 and 3) covers
approximately 345 acres and contains two ad-
ministrative buildings, I I barracks, 63 ammu-
