GSA has inaugurated a pilot project with the Environmental Pro- tection Agency on this program and plans to have a number of agencies in the Washington area on the program by 1 October 1977. Contact with GSA indicates that CIA is not scheduled to be incorporated into the program until sometime in the future. b. This creates a unique situation within CIA because most high-grade paper use is for classified documents which are required to be Approved For Release 2002/01/30 : CIA-RDP80-00473A000100090015-0 Approved For Release 2002/01/30 : CIA-RDP80-00473A000100090015-0 SUBJECT: Waste Paper Recycling Program 3.
