SUBJECT: Special Commendation
1. It is with great pleasure that I forward the Meritorious Unit
certificate and accompanying Citation for the Paraguay Bureau's superior
performance during the Falkland Island crisis, which started in April
1982.
2. Please extend my personal appreciation and congratulations to
all bureau personnel at an appropriate ceremony.
3. A copy of the Citation will be placed in the personnel folders
of all bureau employees.
