work done by your staff in producing the film "Television . . A New
Overt Source" for FBIS, documenting the value of Soviet television as a
tool for intelligence analysts. It is a highly professional job in
every respect. We envisage many uses for it.

staff who worked so effectively witfi the FBIS Analysis Group on the
