Approved For Release 2007/04/25: CIA-RDP86BOO885ROO0800990258-6 13 August 1982 NOTE FOR: Executive Secretary Since the attached asks for contact with Agency people, believe it should go to an Agency component for action rather than the NIC. In any case, it should certainly be provided to the Executive Director. ? Attachment: ER 82-10026/1 (Abshire Letter) ? The Deputy Director of Central Intelligence Washington. D. C. 20505 STAT Approved For Release 2007/04/25: CIA-RDP86B00885R000800990258-6 oved. For Release 2007/04/25 CIA-RDP86B005R000800990258-6 LDr- The Deputy Director of Central Intelligence Washingon. D. C 20505 13 August 1982 NOTE FOR: Executive Director Two thoughts come to mind on this. First, I am not sure how active the Academic Coordinator is these days, but I would think that he should at least be in on the loop on something like this. Secondly, as you know this is the second such item that we have received from David Abshire, who also'sits on PFIAB, in the last few days. This seems like somewhat of a conflict of interest that you might want to bring to ttention. EA/DDCI Attachment: ER 82-10026/1 (Abshire Letter)
