SUBJECT s Claim for Shipment of Automobile -
1. It is understood that 0 of the Office of the General
Counsel and of this Division discussed the attached claim
on 16 November 1954 with regard to the legality of said claim,, and that
stated in his opinion he could see no basis for allowing this
claim as the shipment of the automobile took place in July 1952, whereas
subjects authorization to ship an automobile, at Agency expense, was
not issued until 26 March 1953.
2. It is requested that this Division be furnished written confir-
mation of the above.
