All tanks of the 45th Gds Mein Rifle Re t carried their basic load of ammunition at all times. the load was supposed to be of 57 to 60 rounds per tang. The peacetime unit of fire for a T-34 tank was 57 rounds, while that of a carbine was 75 rounds. / 7, Soviet forces had a special type of ration issued to them for use in an emergency only.
