Dear Henry:
Congratulations on your new and no doubt exceedingly challenging
job. I trust that you are also finding it very enjoyable.
May I ask your help and advice. I used to receive the biweekly
International Energy Statistical Review. It was my Bible --
by far the best and most reliable and most timely data source.
It was very useful ir. providing a uniform base for public
discussion and education on energy, and of very high quality.
Alas, along with others, my subscription was abruptly stopped in
early summer. I gather that the list was simply closed down.
This seems to me unfortunate, as it had been such a useful
source that really made a larger contribution, and that little
is gained restricting so severly its distribution. I have tried
to subscribe through the National Technical Information Service,
but so far have never been able to get it to arrive, despite having
paid in advance. Moreover, someone who has subscribed has told
me that now instead of its being timely, there is a two month
plus delay.
My question -- is there any way to be put on the list to receive
the International Energy Statistical Review? I will be most
appreciative indeed.
