1. Despatch of equipment to the USSR
On 24 December 1.953, NTB-4 (Scientific Technical Bureau No. 4) of SAG Kabol,
East Berlin, prepared documents to accompany a shipment of scientific equip?-
The equipment consisted of 1 field thermostat, type K-21-46 and 1
field thermostat, type K-21-47, both items wit 1 accessor. ios .

2. Report on a tachometer for the USSR
a. On 3 December 1953, NTB-4 of SAG Kabul prepared a technical report and
instructional manual for tasI 53-20. '1'he oqu.ipm nt included one type
K90, iiith revolution transmitter type K39 and ink recorder tyre d193.
This equipment had boon developed 1 - for the Russians and shipped
to Feodosiya, Stalin Railway
II.A. Patrov, the Russian head, had been interested in
whether the NTB would succeed in mooting the requirements for the tacho-
meter. According to the specifications, it was to. be able to measure
