The Fifteenth Annual Joint Army - Air Force Censorship Training'Course
will be held at Otis Air Force Base, Massachusetts, during the pertod--
9 July through 22 July 1966.
The purpose of the training course is to advance the readiness of the
National Postal and Travelers Censorship Organization as an element of
National Censorship. There will be approximately 330 Army and Air Force
Reserve Officers in attendance.
You are invited to send a representative from your office to this special-
ized course for the purpose of observing the training. It would be appre-
ciated if your representative would present: a 30 minute talk on 14 July
1966 relative to your agency?s functions in connection with censorship.
If you do not desire representation at the entire course, observation
during the period 10 - 15 July 1966 will provide an excellent overview of
the training.
