GS-00-B-2$39 (44122) 25X1A9a We have your letter of October 21, 1959, requesting that the Contractor be directed to perform certain necessary work in preparation for the Cornerstone Ceremony for your new head- quarters building on November 3, 1959- The Contractor has been directed to proceed with the necessary work in accordance with sketches provided by you and as outlined in your letter.
