MEMORANDUM FOR: COMOR Photo Working Group
SUBJECT: Revised Target File for Reconnaissance
of Cuba
1. Attached are revised target files and lists of targets for
use by Operations and NPIC in the program of U-2 reconnaissance
in Cuba. The revisions reflect actions taken by the Photo Working
Group on 5 April 1966.
2. Summary of target status as of 4 and 5 April 1966.

1. Attachment II contains a list of targets added and
reactivated by the Photo Working Group on 5 April 1966.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and
requirements of all active targets, arranged in COMOR number
order. The active target file distributed on 2 March 1966,
under PWG-D-27/26 is now out of date and should be destroyed.
The inactive target file, distributed as Attachment V to
PWG-D-2718 on 28 July 1965, should be retained.
3. Attachment IV contains lists of all targets in Cuba
arranged by COMOR number, by coordinates, by WAC-BE number,
alphabetically by country, and by activity status, country
and COMOR order. The target lists, distributed on 2 March
1966, under PWG-D-27/26 are now out of date and should be
destroyed.
