30 EST Th This mission was flown against the Thailand, Laos, Burma
and China border areas. Weather was less than forecast and caverage is
estimated as only 30-40% of desired targets. Mission 38244 is alerted for
at 1412100 to recover these targets.
b, OXCART Status. 13 November:
a. All scheduled flights except the following were cancelled
because of inclement weather:
(11 Aircraft #124 (trainer) made flight # 163 for a duration of 1:18
hours. Maximum speed was Mach 1.41 and altitude 43.444 feet.
Purpose of flight: operational pilot training.
'b. Attached to a wire listing status of airerafta and schedule for
14 November.
