14. I I In response to his prior request, I left
with Jerry Chiappa, in the office of Representative Louis C. Wyman, an
Agency pamphlet for his use in responding to a constituent inquiry about
the USIB. Mr. Chiappa said the pamphlet would serve his purpose very
nicely.
15. uIn response to a student request for
information about the Agency, left with Representative H. P. Smith's
office a copy of the Agency pamphlet. I learned that Russ Rourke, formerly
on the staff of Representative Pillion, is now working for Representative
Smith. Rourke has been very favorabl disposed toward the A enc over the
years and is a close personal friend of
