Determine if suitable space/environment exists if the present OXCART configuration is to accept 1. above. ACTION : Lockheed. 3. Develop a destruct capability. ACTION: Develop- ment Division/fSD. Accept 1. and 2. above and establish a Develop- ment contract proposal to effect the installation. ACTION: Development Division. 5. Determine the camera, processing, and projection requirements to complement the aircraft modification. ACTION: Development Division/Baird. 2z cure and furnish the necessary 'field package" ACTION: Materiel.
