Received a call from State Department relaying a request they had received from Representative Joel Broyhill (R. , Va.) for two copies of "Broadcastin Stations of the World". to Mr. Broyhill's office when they are published.. Soviet missile flight that had been scheduled for this week. After checking, I advised Mr. Gerardi on a classified basis that the flight was a failure and it had burned only a few minutes and fallen back. 2.
