Letter Contract LA-1640
Amendment No. 1
29 July 1964
1. Paragraph three of the Letter Contract LA-1640 dated
17 July 1964 is hereby amended as follows:
The date "24 July 1964" in the first sentence of
paragraph three is deleted and the date 7 August
1964 is substituted therefor.
2. All other terms, conditions and requirements of Letter
Contract No. LA-1640, as amended, remain unchanged.
3. Please indicate your receipt and acceptance of this
Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. LA-1640 by executing the
original and three copies hereof. Return the fully executed
original and two signed carbon copies of this Amendment No. 1
to the undersigned. Retain one signed copy for your files.
