Was informed byl CA Staff, that General Rodney Smith on 9 November was successful in speaking to Representatives Arch Moore (R., W.Va. ), Michael Feighan (D., Ohio), and Peter Rodino (D., N. J.) concerning the Rodino bill. Each of the three was very cordial to Smith and believed that the bill can be passed in the Senate this session.
