quarters in respect to fees, r aintenance, and quality of

and deteriorated curbing and is sc?:edulcd as routine but
lc-:ng-overdue normal r'aintenance. ! aintenancc and improve-
r:ents in 1--he parking areas are GSA responsibilities, and we
will continue to press GSA to ensure proper aaintcnance for
both ?EPIC and 2430 "P" Street, N.W., as well.
