l~ The only military quarters In Lilenburg (N 52/E 32) in which troops were
observed on 25 August 1950 was the Artillerie Kasern^a on the southeastern
edge of tovin. Gate guards there wore red-bordered black apauletso NO
training activity was observed in the Billet ng area. Local residents
said that only about 50 soldiers were quartered there at that time, Only
eight m*Lndovis of the whole installation were lighted on 25 August l950U
