1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 1 to Task Order No. 10
issued under Contract No. AF33(600).44274 bet
.0 and the United States of America.
2. In accordance with the provisions of Clause 2-. CHANGE'S, of the
Master Contract and mutual agreement between the parties hereto. it is
necessary to amend the Task Order as follows to reflect a decrease in
the estimated contract price by reason of a reduction in the scope of work.
Paragraph 3. E3Tl TElOST ACID Y - . including Subparagraphs
a. and b.. In the Task Order is deleted and the following paragraph and
subparagraphs are substituted therefor:
3. ESTIMATED COST ANA FIXED- :
a. The estimated cost of the performance of this Task Orders exclusive
of the fixed-fees, is THIRTY THOUSAND YOUR HUNDRkD SFWM-T,0 DOLLARS
($30,472). Cost in excess of this amount shall not be incurred without
prior written authorization of the Contracting Officer.
b. The fixed-fee for the performance of this Task Order shall be ONE
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDR!D TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($1.828).
3. By reason of the foregoing the total estimated price of Task Order
No. 10 is decreased by $30.000, from $62,300 to $32.300.
4. All other terms and conditions of Task Order go. 10 remain
unchanged.
5. Upon execution of all copies of this Amendment No. I to Task
Order No. 10 to Contract No. At+33(600)-40274. please return the original
