Stockholm, broadcasting in the Swedish Home Service on' 16 March at
1755 G`(T, announced the following.
T(Eskilstuna, Halsingborg, Jonkoping, Kristinehamn, (Saffle?)
Trollhattan, Uppsala, Varberg and Visbyiwill all have the same
wave length of 215 meters; 10avl Hudiksvall and:'Orndkoldsvik
will have the wave length of 207 meters
"The following stations will!,be below 200 meters. Tests and
experimental broadcasts on thelnew wave length will take place
every day 0615 - 1530, except Saturday when they will only
broadcast 'from 0615 - 1115. Below 200 meters we shall thus'
have- Boras, Halmstad, Kalmar, Karlstad, Malmo; Norrkoping,
Uddevallaand Orebro, which will have a!wave length of 192 meters,
and Porjus''and Umea, which tiTtll operate 196 meters. Karlskrona
will alsoloperate on 196 meters but this station will not
transmit any experimental broadcasts because it already has
practically, this wave length. Those stations which have a
wave length of over 200 meters will not arrange for any
