Ems de Euy is trying to play a "letter game" at ain, this time
at the expense of the American authorities. Jcse Levy, an
agent, who lives at the Hotel Valentina, Tangier, and his
uncle, Isaias Shocron, an exchange broker, both on the Black
List, have, sugRested to Huy that he float a limited liability
company in his name in order to import American goods. Huy
has said that he can obtain all kinds of facilities for im-
porting in order to make the venture a success, as he is an
American citizen. The capital, 250,000 pesetas would be
provided by Lacy and Shocron. However, these three men have
not yet reached an agreement, because Huy wants a larger share
of the profits in his capacity as manager.

which raised the question of the location of a new T,eanue of

claimed, probably would not be offered again. The article
concluded with the question, N'hy not Tangier?" (VT 994)
