(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) The manager of the Tallinn Railroad Equipment Plant (Tallinskiy Parovozo. remantnyy Zavod imeni Kalinina) is Vp Kharitonov.' The deputy manager for personnel is A. Filipov., The plant empl6yed-"$00 workmen and technical personnel ii May1952. The plant consists of the following workshops: Ins trument Shop - Chief Eng. N, Bilik 'Mechanical Shop Blacksmith Shop Locomotive, Assembly Shop Boiler. Shop Wheel Shop The plant undertakes-capital repairs on all locomotives belonging tor.i.the Estonian railroads. 2. There is a plan to enlarge the Loksa Naval Yard (Morskoy. Zavod,, formerly Sudoremontnyy.Zavod) considerably in spring 1953. The yard employed 500 wprkmen in May 1952, In autumn 1952 houses for X00 new workmen had been completed; the arrival of new personnel is to begin in early 1953.
