Though Gerhard Ziller is still officially -the Fast German Mint'ster for Heavy
Machine Construction. he no longer conducts any busirieag`fdr the
Ministry. Ile has moved over to the SED Central Committee .l Ministry'
business is now- being handled by State Secretary Alfred Wunderlicb. It ia'
alleged that Heinrich Rau is to take over the Ministry for Machine
Construction on l January 1954.2 Wunderliah and Ernst Lungewitz will
.reportedly be State Secretaries for the Ministry. The main adminis-
trations of the Ministry L-re to be transformed into combines (Kombinatel
