The :oca-ph Stalin plant at Labedy (Laband) (N 50?20, E 16-37) produces''
daily ten tanks of the Russian T?34 typ& with 88 mn.(eio) guns. Several
of the tanks were observed on railroad care, covered with tarpaulins and 25X1
only TWO gun visible.
2. The plant also produces steel platesand railroad tracks.
3. The entire plant is surrounded bar a wire fence, topped with arches inclined
inward. ;....Among the guard component are AA troops. In one area an 88 mn.
gun and four 22 nml. or 37 imn. gtme were observed. The soldiers are quartered.
in tents.
