The proposals concerning the production of town plans
contained in your letter of 28 January are acceptable to us in
that they provide for coordination at the most effective point
with your people and are entirely practical in facilitating
production.
The priority list of Soviet towns for which you express
town plan requirementf is being used in our town plan production
programming. We are currently developing a new priority list and
will give careful consideration to your interests.
We shall proceed in our coordination with you on the basis
of the procedures (a) through (e) in your letter of 28 January.
