The attached target list on the Far East is considered by the members of the Ad Hoc Requirements Committee as of high priority for collection by certain sensitive collection capabilities. The targets marked with an asterisk are considered of highest priority` and importance. Please note that as presented this document is classified only TOP SECRET. 24 All markings are self-explanatory except the columns marked "category interest" and "country". The categories referred to are. as follows: Category A -- Soviet Air Force installations Associated with the tong-Range Bomber Program Category B -- Soviet Capabilities for Defense Against Air Attack Category C -- Atomic Energy Installations Category D -- Guided Missile Installations Category E Naval Bases, Shipyards and Port Facilities Category F -- Industrial Complexes Category G -- Strategic Positioning and Capabilities, of the Soviet Military Forces These categories of interest identified with the location should, among other things, be useful to Operations in connection with briefing for collection.
