SUBJECT : Redelegation of Authority
1. Memorandum dated 1 December 1950 from the Director,
CIA, provided for "Assignn.ents of responsibility and delegations
of authority to administrative officials contained in Confidential
Funds Regulations". This -r_emorandlun further provided that such
officials could redelegate their authority to designated subordi-
nates. In accordance with the above mentioned provisions, I here-
