DIARY NOTES
DD/S 29 November 1965
1. The DCI called a special meeting of the Deputies to discuss a
change in our format of reporting to the President in order to ensure that
while the President is at the Texas ranch he is getting adequate information
on current and developing intelligence activities and information.

It was agreed on 13 April (Colonel White's Diary Notes) that we would pay for
the movement of the furniture including any excess over the normal allowance.
I directed that any necessary papers be produced if specific authorization for
this purpose is necessary.

4. The DCI noted a flashing light on the horizon and asked what its
purpose was. Security later identified the light as a part of the DCA communica-
tions system. Security prepared a special paper on this subject.
5. On this date Colonel White, Emmett Echols, and I had lunch with
