Your counts, and the editorial,: are very interesting
and re3t on a convincing common sense basis.- I an glad to have
these authoritative views for file. I expect that my present
office may some day have occasion to comment on this subject
in connection 'with coordination of intelligen activities,
Hencep I plan to keep the whole file current. With the help
y have given and are giving to this file, we should be in a
position to make sensible and constructive comments when the
time cis.
I keeping an interested eye on s--1850. It looks
to ma as if the bill in widely acceptable, and has a good chance
of going through without undue delay and without undue maulling.
